Job Responsibilities
 Maintain the company’s accounts in a professional manner.
 Maintain daily accounts
 Prepare reports daily and monthly basis and submit to the management
 Capable to undertake hotel activities required for the company
 Payment, Cashbook, and Hotel Book Management
 Prepare the cash book and Hotel book on a regular basis
 Maintain update supplier status, adjust advance against staff/suppliers.
 Perform day to day hotel and Account function.
 Manage office administrative activity as assigned by the management
 Ready to undertake any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
 Capability work under pressure
 Should have a leadership attitude
 Be part of the periodic fixed assets verification process.
 Looks after administrative affairs of the Office.
 Any other task assigned by the management.

Graduation in Accounting / Finance

2 to 3 year(s)
